An executive summary page giving a clear overall picture of the business against target.
- Twelve measurements are available in the main section, selected one at a time. Choosing permanent revenue, for example, shows the trend over time along with the groups and recruiters responsible for it.
- Green lines show the target in each time period, so performance against goal is immediately visible.
- View the current position, or month, quarter and year-to-date totals.
- Select single or multiple time periods, groups or users and the whole page filters to that selection. Holding CTRL while selecting a range from the chart allows more granular analysis.
- Fourteen tiles track typical recruitment metrics, with green for on target, amber for almost on target and red for below. Trend images sit behind each number, so improvements or reductions over the period are easy to spot.
- Selecting one consultant shows their own values against every measure — useful for one-to-one meetings, assessing training needs and setting strategy.
The remaining pages
- Perm Revenue Summary — permanent placement activity, including the highest placement fee and the total value of permanent jobs to be filled, giving a useful indication of the business and each recruiter’s fee pipeline. A table of actual revenue, target, variance and status can be drilled up to group summaries or down to individual recruiters, with trend lines throughout.
- Notebook Items — activity summarised by notebook type and by user or group, with month, quarter and year-to-date views and comparisons against previous months, quarters or years.
- Revenue — a simple timeline showing the flow of permanent placement revenue over any period, with a league table of each user’s contribution and an adjustable scale.
- Notebook Metrics — notebook data broken down by client, group and consultant.
- Metric Comparison — the KPI Summary measures set side by side, so you can compare time periods, consultants and groups and identify which activities are genuinely most effective when planning resource.
- Top 9 for Activity — the nine best performers for any chosen measure and period, isolated by team, office or country for more granular analysis.
- Spec CVs and Placements — measures the effectiveness of speculative CVs sent where there is no specific job requirement, with headline numbers for CVs sent and resulting placements, and ratios for one or several consultants.
- Client Billing — a ribbon chart showing revenue flow over time, split by group, with the highest performing group always at the top for each period. A table below shows fees earned from each client and the groups responsible. Selecting a client highlights their revenue in the ribbon while greying out the rest and filters the consultants table to those responsible for it.
