This page presents financial information based on timesheet data collected directly from the database. Headline numbers sit at the top of the page, with detail and filters below.
The perm placements page works in a similar way, with the addition of a division selector for companies operating across several divisions, branches or countries. Individual divisions are colour-coded, making them much easier to follow as you navigate between pages.
The umbrella report is a simple listing of all umbrella placements in the selected date range. It is designed for export, so each umbrella or payment company can import the data directly into their own payroll application.
This page presents revenue in a form better suited to a business owner or CEO. Three headline tiles show the summary of margin and fees with relative percentages, the performance against target, and the performance year to date. Below, each user is listed with their revenue and individual target for the period, and colour-coded symbols in the % Target column show clearly who is on target and who needs support. Columns are sortable, and users, groups or companies can be selected individually or together to identify the most profitable areas of the business. As with all Needlestack Power BI reports, any date range can be used as the basis for analysis.
